Happy Holidays to one and all!
Here at Apartment Savvy, we’ve been gearing up for the season. Our tree is decorated, we have lights in our window, and Santa is taking over our office! AND! We actually have a singing Snow Man that has been amusing me with his songs as I sit with clients.
But don’t worry, we are still hard at work getting apartments to all of you! In fact, we have five new agents that we are training rigorously, just so they will be able to “weather the storm” in our Chicago winter weather! So come meet our new friends and find a place that you will love TODAY.

Keep perusing our website and get an idea of what we have to offer. The majority of our apartments are on the northeast side of the city, but we’ve definitely been getting more listings in the near west, like the up-and-coming areas of Bucktown, Wicker Park, and Ukrainian Village. Lakeview and Lincoln Park our are specialty!
Call 773.348.8921 or email leasing@apartmentsavvy.com to set up an appointment with an agent. One of our friendly staff will ask you a few general questions about your criteria and set up the best time for you to come in. We’re open 7 days a week, so whatever’s convenient for you!
On the day of your appointment, you’ll come into our office and meet with one of our experienced leasing agents. They’ll do the grunt work for you by calling the owners and setting up viewings, and then you’ll be on your way! Expect to spend about 2 hours with your agent, as you’ll be seeing a handful of different places. Didn’t find what you loved the first time? We’ll keep showing you apartments until you find the perfect place!
After you’ve find your new home, Apartment Savvy takes care of the paperwork for you. We contact owners for you so all you have to do is sign the lease and move in!
